Budgeting ideas

Hi

I need to buy following things for our house extension un a budget of £16000.

Flooring/ carpet in 4 bedroom house, radiators (vertical radiator for downstairs), bathroom (tiles and ensu3te sets), kitchen worktop and splashback.

Any ideas or advice to have these things covered under this budget with ideas what and where to see things from.

Radiators / bathroom suites / worktops etc can you look on marketplace or similar? I often seen bits like that being sold locally from either houses being redone or people changing their mind!

Carpets might be the bit you can't find secondhand as easily!

This place does carpet remenents at very good prices. The carpets are good quality and an independent carpet fitter should be able to fit them for around a hundred pounds a room depending on where you are in the country.
