B&Q garden furniture - wrecked by rain! Help?

Hi all

We bought this set last year and (stupidly, I know!) left it out throughout the year. Now we have a situation where the cushions are full of water and damaged. (See pics)

Is there any way back from this? Is there a way to buy new padding inside? Or new cushions full stop? I don't know where I'd begin to try finding the right size. I did check if B&Q stock the cushion pads only but they don't...

Wood itself is fine so if we could find replacement cushions it would work I think.

You can get upholstery foam cut to size. But start by getting the covers off the cushions/pads and see how bad things really are. You can't tell much looking at only the outside.

Get the covers off and wash them, and put the innards somewhere where they can dry out. They might be salvageable

I think you can get foam innards for yacht cushions cut to size - they might not mind getting a bit wet? Pretty sure anything will have to be brought inside for the winter though.

We bring our cushions indoors or you can buy outdoor storage units. Or at least put a cover over them

Thanks all! I don't know what we were thinking but we will be more careful if any of the above solutions work!

I think you may be able to salvage them.
It looks like the covers unzip.
If that is the case I would remove the covers, gently squeeze the innards to remove excess water and then put them in an airing cupboard or tumble dry them very gently.

Remove the covers, dry the inside cushions out (let them drip into a shower tray or bath first?) Then hand-wash the covers and put them back on the cushions whilst the covers are very slightly damp.
