Hello, just wondering if anyone can share their experience with Sofology? I'm interested in the Hackney or Mayfair sofa, just wondering if they last well and what the aftercare is like?

It’s been a few years so they may have improved since but I used to work for them and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone! A herd of headless chickens could probably organise a company better

@Tiedietop What were the actual sofas like in terms of quality?

My daughter has a sofa from Sofology and it’s still very comfortable after six years. . I have also been looking at The Hackney and Mayfair and for me it’s a no brainer - The Hackney is more comfortable, it has the option of memory.foam cushions or pocket sprung cushions whereas the Mayfair is just foam. Feel the weight of it compared to sofas in other shops, which I think shows it is good quality

This is so good to know, I'm swaying more towards the hackney too!

Would also be interested. Mayfair seemed more comfortable for us at the store.

I’m interested in the Sofology Mayfair, did anyone take the plunge and can share their experience?

I bought a pair of sofas there 7-8 years ago and they are fine. They are very pushy to get you to take protection package but I never did. I just clean it every once in a while with a shark mini carpet washer.

Do the seats hold their shape? Worried that I’ve heard reports of them sagging quickly!
