Sink skirt help - navigating corners

Hello everyone. Renovating a bathroom and have become very excited about the prospect of making a sink skirt. Would be more of a modern take on the traditional idea - basically have a single draw IKEA sink, and plan to make a skirt from there to floor level with a fun, modern fabric. Might sound mad but I think it will suit the room!

My question is on how to attach - I need it to go round the corners not just a straight line. Was thinking of using that flexible rubbery stuff you can buy for voile type blinds but then I'm not sure how that would work on a corner. I've read blogs where velcro has worked well but the bottom of my cabinet is totally flat so there's not a 'lip' to stick it to. I thought maybe of dismantling a metal coat hanger to the right shape but again I'm struggling on how I then attach that to the cabinet.

Any ideas? Realise I may not be explaining well. Maybe I need to share some visuals.

Put a eye hook, so a ring on a little screw, at each corner and yes, use that rubberised cable that you put voile up with?

@grassyknees that’s exactly what I was initially planning but then I think I thought I wouldn’t be able to thread it through with the fabric on? So would end up needing 3 pieces ?
