I just broke it. Where can I get a replacement? Or should I get a new light instead?

That's had a wallop by the looks!
Plastic porch lights in this style were always cheap and cheerful, and spare covers were hard to come by. If you can see who manufactures it, it might be worth an email/call to see if the spare covers are available.
It's probably time to upgrade to a nice new LED slimline ceiling light though.
If your porch is open, it will need to be splashproof.
