Create privacy when kitchen window facing neighbour's kitchen window

Anyone else live in a house where your kitchen window directly faces neighbour's kitchen window? Any ideas on how to create privacy so you are not facing them when you go to sink and are washing your dishes!

I have day and night blinds for privacy, or you could look at window film (patterned or the reflective one

We've got reflective film which works really well, good view out but no one can see in. Do need to be aware that at night when the light is on you can be seen so we have a blind.

We found a local fitter to come out - we have a couple of large patio doors and didn’t trust ourselves to do them!
