Kitchen worktop minor disaster

Yikes, help please!
Spent all day cutting and fitting several hundred ££ worth of full stave oak worktops to replace rotten ones on one side of the kitchen. Only to realise when oiled the colour doesn't match and the other side is actually likely beech!!
Original surface has a yellow/ orange hue whereas new oak is more brown.

Is there anything I can do to either surface to get a better colour match or am I just stuck with mismatched surfaces until I can afford to replace the other side??

Buy some tinted oil for the other side? Osmo is good!
