The current walls are yellow but I am wondering if I could go for something like dulux natural wicker but not sure if it would look odd

Would it help to get a Dulux colour wheel from inside one of their paint brochures to see what might tone with the yellow.

Ive got a colour wheel which is useful to see tones and contrasts.

Locally we have a kitchen door spraying company. They do some fabulous kitchens. I’ll never rip out a kitchen again. I’ll just get the doors re-sprayed.

If you can find one near you they might help with colour ideas?

Finally, navy or dark blue might look good?

Thanks for suggestions . I think navy might be a bit too adventurous for me! I am really bad at visualising colours - will try and get a colour wheel

Terracotta or dusky pink are very adventurous at the moment.

Natural Hessian is nice with cream? It's a warm browny colour.

If you want some sort of beige to go with creamy yellow cabinets you need a yellow based beige and not a pink based one. Or purple, brown or green based. Some grey based beiges might be ok .

Thats why it can be hard to mix different beiges, if you get it wrong it looks awful but very tasteful and classic if you get it right.

Remove one of your cabinet doors and take it to a paint shop for advice. Then buy a tester pot.
