Show me your red living room!

Our living room has never really worked. I can’t put my finger on why. It’s currently cream and dark olive/khaki green which I really love and it’s very fresh and earthy and light. But I have been on lots of zoom calls lately and noticed at least 3 people with deep red, earthy walls and it called to me!

Would I be brave and do the whole room? Would it look too dark and pokey? I do like the light of our current room, but it’s not cosy.

i too have earth green and cream
my brother has red. i can appreciate very stylish but hell no not for me

i have some very colourful art hanging in my kitchen / diner and that injects colour

My DH decorated our small bedroom dark red ( pre DC ) he had it as his Office .

It was quite cosy but a bit oppressive , like being in utero .

And it's a bugger to paint over ! You;d need to strip the paper back and start from scratch

Cream/olice sounds gorgeous .
