Mattress Topper

Can anyone recommend a good matress topper? Struggling with a sore back and cant afford a new mattress. I was looking at the panda mattress topper but usually get really hot with memory foam so that’s putting me off a bit. Thanks for any help.

I bought this for my DD when she went to uni last year.

It’s memory foam but she’s not mentioned it being too hot and her room is fairly warm.

I’ve also not noticed it when I’ve laid on her bed and I’m perimeno so normally go from 37 to about 100 degrees in a matter of seconds on memory foam!

I hate foam mattresses but we have Panda toppers and they’re not clammy at all.

I am looking for a natural, sustainable topper but the Panda topper is essentially polyester foam and therefore toxic, and none of the reviews address this. Only the cover is part bamboo.
