My house is an ex-rental full of landlord specials!
The paint in the bathroom is peeling and I’m desperate to give it a spruce up but there’s about a million layers peeling off to reveal the more stable green layer. It’s not all over, this is the worst patch all located where the painted wall ends and tile beings.
How do I fix this? Try and peel all the paint off then make a start or is there a way to patch up the damaged areas?
total novice here so please spell it all out if you have any suggestions! Advice greatly welcomed.
