Fixing paint on wall after blue tac/command strips

DD has come home from Uni for Easter

Has taken down all decorations on her wall and there are several (lots) of 50p size marks where she has taken the paint off down to the plaster. The plaster is fine.

Is it best to try to repaint the patches or the whole walls?

It's her room in my home, not her Uni room

I'd sugar soap the walls to remove any residue then get her to repaint the whole thing. What year is she at Uni? Might be an opportunity to get het to declutter and make her room more adult and suitable as a guest room.
