I'm wondering if any one can advise on furniture layout.
The characterless room is a narrow rectangular shape. When entering the room, there is a window on one side, a fireplace and double doors to the right leading to the dining area.
Currently there is a two seater sofa under the window and a three seater sofa on the longer wall opposite the fireplace.
I really want seating facing each other and not pushed back against the wall.
How do I do this in a rectangular shaped room?
I have tried putting the two seater across to see what it would look like near the fireplace and it creates a tiny corridor over to the window which doesn't look right either?
