Painting 80's kitchen cabinets

Hello, please can anyone advise if these cabinets are paintable?

No idea, but they look in ok condition just a bit dated. I'd leave them as they are.

If you do try, you'll need the right paint. It will probably need maintaining.
If you really hate them, you could try a self-adhesive film.

Consider changing the doors and just painting the carcasses. Use sugar soap then Zinnser B red tin primer then an eggshell finish paint.

Thanks , I don't hate them I sort of like them and they are solid so I might just fancy up the tiles etc rather than completely ruin them.
