Choosing kitchen lighting help

I have a kitchen dinner with four ceiling lights. They are currently spot lights and there are 3 lights at each of the 4 places. It's bright, functional but boring.

I'd like to change the one over the dinner table to be lower to create a cozier feel. However, I'd also like to choose a light that can be raised, as when we have lots of guests we move the table around and extend it.

I like the attached light.

However no idea what sort of lights to pick for the rest of the kitchen. How do I match our complement the style?

I'm not sure I understand. You have spots in the kitchen, and want the light in your pic above the dining table. What do the other current kitchen lights look like? Are they ceiling or wall mounted? Sorry, I'm not sure I understand?

The light in the pic can be called a rise and fall light and there are lots of options. What about having it dimmable, if you want to add an extra element when having people around.

Currently we have four like this. One is over the dining table. Two are over the kitchen area. Final is over a comfy seat.

I'd like to replace the one over the table with the rise and fall light. But I'm not sure what to do with the other 3.

So was hoping for suggestions to help me find a style that would match and fit the mood for the other bits of the room.

I was considering something simple like this to replace all the other spot lights. The idea being that it's simple but probably quite bright/ natural feeling. I'm just not sure if the styles just clash though...
