SOFOLOGY SOFAS ANY GOOD OR BAD EXPERIENCES ?/ CRICKET SOFA SOFOLOGY

Hi i am thinking of buying a Sofology 3 seater Cricket sofa in the leather- i tried in the showroom. but ive read so many bad reviews as well as a few good experiences too- i was wondering has anyone here had any fairly recent good or bad SOFOLOLY sofa buying fairly recent experiences? i hv health problems & no car which mean its a nightmare to get to sofa showrooms , & i dont want to get one online i havn't tried to sit on. my currant sofa is from sofology- the quality leather, side and back cusions etc r still in great condition 6 years later - but this particular Felinni sofa has a design flaw in that the seat cusions are supported not by a hard surface for them to sit on but by 3 crossed rubber bands with no support underneath so you end up sitting in a hole! id got insurance & an enjineer came & fixed seat cusion 4 times over years with harder foam under seat cusion which helps for a time - but its just a bad design flaw of this particular sofa seats - the CRICKET has a hard suface the seat cusions lay on so this prob with hole in seat shouldnt happen- and you can switch cusions around. but im still anxious after reading recent reviews so if anyone can share thier own experiences of sofology good or bad id be really grateful. I also tried a zink French Connection sofa at DFS - but dfs even worse reveiws & the seat cusuions felt not as firm/ good quality as sofolody cricket.. any thought or experiences much appreciated. i am aware of the dfs/ sofololoy angry customer sites! if it wre not for the design flaw id hv been v happy with this sofology 6 yr old sofa. but i know things with big stores change ! many thanks 😊

We have three sofas from sofology and have had them around 5-6 years. Cream leather. They’re electric reclining ones that plug into the floor. They’re in our TV room so used a lot and are fabulous. I tried an awful lot as I wanted really good back and head support and so many recliners don’t sit upright when your feet are up. Anyway only ones I found that I loved were these. Sofology delivered bang on time and set them up, took away all packaging etc. Would definitely use them again. They weren’t cheap but are fab.

Currently sitting on my sofology sofa and it's just a dream. It's the Marble Arch 3 seater/3 corner.

The customer service was fantastic as was the delivery and installation. It's only one of the best purchases I have ever made.

It was expensive compared to a DFS one which was similar, however, no comparison in comfort and durability. It's like sitting on a cloud!

@Bearhampster did you end up getting the sofa in the end? Currently eyeing up this sofa!

I have brown leather sofas from Sofology. We've had them about 6 or years and are really pleased with them. Comfortable and still look really good.
