Black kitchen units!

Hello! Would love to go with black kitchen units, but everybody, including the kitchen maker is saying no! Thoughts please!

Shows all the finger prints, personally I wouldn't but if you like the idea, why not?

We moved into a house with a black kitchen and they marked terribly. Even cleaning them, we had to buff off the cleaner with a cloth to not leave streaks.

We got them resprayed in the end as it wasn't my taste, but I'd have done it just for the nightmare that was the cleaning tbh.
