Olive sofa - paint colour?

Living room is open plan and leads to dining room, which has dark wood & rust accents.

I’ve never had anything olive green before (sofa was ex display and a bargain). I usually go for various shades of blue.

I picked up some dulux samples, but so far everything is too sludgey.

I love your sofa, where did you find it?

It’s from Alexander & James. Really pleased with it. It’s ex-display, but wasn’t in the store for very long. Saved having to wait months for one.

I love those colours @Seaside3. Thankfully I’ve a few bits in those shades.

Second from the left is Natural Calico & third is Natural Hessian.

I initially thought pink/peach too @SgtJuneAckland. Second from the right is soft stone. I have it in another room and it’s a very pale peach, but it looks much here.

I love the olive sofa but don't love any of your samples, I prefer the colour that's already on your walls (and usually I'm a big fan of bold colour schemes). I'd stick with a neutral off-white, maybe just slightly darker than what you have, and go bold with artwork, accessories etc in earthy pinks and rusts like pp suggested.

Is that your living room on the left? If so, I’d keep that colour as it complements the sofa colour perfectly.

The Instagram account kerryvillers has an olive sofa. I think her walls are Shaded White by Farrow and Ball but you might want to check:

@BinkyBeaufort I have Tailors Tack and Beverly in my kitchen, it's a beautiful pink.

@Onehappymam you definitely got a beauty of a sofa.

If you like blue and already have accessories to match that, consider sea green/paler greenish teal to lift the green toward blue.
