Living room storage ideas

Looking for some functional but not hideous storage for our living room to stash away baby/toddler bits of an evening. We could go down the Ikea Kallax route but keen to find some more creative ideas if anyone has any inspiration!

Ive tried to link so options but my phone is being a twat but if you Google storage coffee table options show up that are circle shape as opposed to square which I prefer because no sharp edges for the littlies.
But those fabric ottomans are quite good also, or just an old ottoman painted and used as a coffee table/storage works decently on a budget.

(But I do like the circular tables!)

I don't know if you have seen kallax a lately but they have loads of extras now - more than they used to. You can get legs to make them look less boxed and all sorts of drawers and doors. I have an 8cube one on its side in my bedroom with a box of open, inner shelves, drawers and doors and while obviously not the most glamorous thing in the world it's much nicer than the plain cubes of old.
