Hospital style bed frame without high foot end?

Hi, I'd really like a hospital style metal bedframe. And although I like the look of the raised foot end, it's not really practical in a small bedroom because I'd like to be able to sit on the end of the bed at times!

Does anyone know where I can get a bed like this with a low foot end?

Attaching pic to show kind of thing I'm thinking of (but this has a raised foot end)

You could consider just a headboard and separate base?

I just realised SonOfAGoodStrongWoman and I posted the same beds - sorry!

I feel your pain with wanting a frame with no end... it makes such a difference being able to sit/manoeuvre around the end of the bed with no obstruction when there's not much space.
