Looking for a fresh light spring green/ lime green/ light olive green sofa

Struggling to find anything suitable in the colour I need for my sitting room and assume I will probably have to have something bespoke. But just the other day I called at a house I'd never been into before and there was the perfect spring green sofa. The owners had picked it up for free on their local recycling FB group. They thought it might be Ikea but I'm pretty sure it's not.

Looking for a classic sort of shape and with a reasonably high, supportive back. Could go to £3.5k for the right sofa. Thank you.

I’m intrigued your actively looking for this colour. I love it but what do you match it with?

Thank you. Nice sofa: a stronger shade of green than I have in mind, sadly. I was thinking a couple of shades lighter. I think I may have to find the fabric and then get a sofa covered in it because I can't find any mainstream sofa companies offering the colour I want. This isn't unusual for me. In the past I've found beautiful fabric first, then looked for a chair to cover.

I live in a contemporary fairly open-plan house with high angled ceilings, off-white walls, a lot of glass on one side of the room with a good view of the garden, a solid oak floor (local oak tree from the end of the garden) and a fair bit of exposed structural wood. It gets a lot of south and west light. Curtains are a heavy natural ecru linen. Colour palette for other soft furnishings include light duck-eggy-grey-blues, coral, teal and touches of orange and crimson. I like a calm, clear, unfussy vibe with shots of colour. I like it to be a room that makes me feel happy and calm, with the focus on the outdoors. I tend not to follow fashion so can't always buy what I like off the shelf.

Nice sofa but you're right, I want something lighter: fresh maybe a bit zingy. I know dark moody colours are interesting and impactful, and I love them in others' homes. But when it comes to living with colour long-term I prefer more... uplifting, fresh colours. I went through a dark and sombre phase in the 90s: bottle green, navy, browns, big patterns... Personally I found they brought my mood down, while lighter colours made me feel more positive. Patterns bore me after a while and sometimes leave me a bit agitated. I feel better in a nice, light, simple, fresh-feeling room.
