Could somebody give me a rough idea what this will cost?

I need a room re-carpeting, let's say a mid range quality. The room is roughly 6 foot by 10ft. Any ideas what we're looking at price wise including fitting? Just wondering if anyone had done something similar recently. I live on the south coast. Any help welcomed!

So 2 x 3 metres approx , 6 m2.
Mid range carpet about £25 per m2, so £150.
That's for the carpet, if you need underlay it will be about the same again (you may be able to reuse if there's some already there). Then fitting costs from a chain company tend to be around £100.

I would aways recommend using a small independent company rather than a big chain like Carpetrright though, far better service.
