Polished nickel in bathroom

I love the look of it but it's more expensive than chrome so would love a second opinion!

Nickel is gorgeous. You may not find all of your bathroom fittings in it though, so consider what finish you’ll get the other bits in that will go well with the nickel.

We have a mix of satin nickel (where available) and stainless steel (where no nickel option): they’re not exactly the same but go well enough to look matching. Or nickel and black would mix ok.

Thanks so much. That's great. Does nickel tarnish easily? Is there any particular maintenance it needs?

Not the stuff we have, I imagine it’s got some kind of coating to stop it tarnishing and so will most unless you seek out a “live” finish that is meant to allow tarnishing. No special maintenance.
