The sealant around my UPVC windows is approx 12yrs old and is coming away. I'm getting a lot of condensation this year and I'm not sure if this is connected. The window sills have areas mainly along the walls and window edges that have bubbled up a bit which has happened before, but is worse this year.
My question is what kind of trade do I need to replace the sealant, repair the window sills and paint them?
I'm going to wait until the weather warms up a bit and then buy a dehumidifier for next winter. I can't leave the windows open as it's a noisy area. I've got trickle vents and the Aero things but they don't really help.
I'd really appreciate any help.
