Kitchen curtains/blinds

I have painted the walls of my grey kitchen a pale terracotta colour. I love it but now need to blind and curtain advice. There are 2 windows in the kitchen and French doors in the dining bit (which is painted white). I don’t know whether to do matching window treatments or one plain and one pattern. And no idea what colour or pattern to go for. I like scandi style but can’t think what would look good.
Any ideas?

Thanks @Rattenbury, I like Scion but not sure whether it would be too much pattern on all 3 windows. And whether to do curtains in the dining area. Also not sure what would go with the soft grey and terracotta that I have. I think dark blue and sage green go. Or maybe I should stick with neutrals.
