Very indecisive person here. I'm looking for a sofa that will really last. My parents/grandparents have managed to have the same ones for 50 years plus - they've had them re-covered in that time, but the frames etc. have survived. I'm looking for something that could be similar - I'm very much a buy once buy right person.
So - where to look, and what to look for?
I think that I want something without feathers (no plumping...), not too high-backed, but pretty substantial (it'll be for lounging/telly, not for sitting up straight and making polite conversation).
I also think that I want a sofa that goes around a corner - perhaps a modular sofa where we could put a coffee table in the corner, rather than an actual corner sofa.
Any ideas?
Budget can be pretty big...
