hello, just a quick question about decorating in an aspire new build home.
me, my partner & son have moved into our first home, which is with the housing association aspire and was wondering if we are able to paint the walls?
i know it says to wait a year but i'm assuming that is for repairs etc. we are expecting our second boy in march and would like to decorate before hand. would love the panel my sons bedroom before his little brother invades his bedroom as well!
do aspire come for home visits/checks and would we put our contract at risk 🤷♀️
