Castors on divan bed?

I'm ordering an ottoman divan bed and need to choose between glides or castors. I was thinking castors so I can move furniture every few months to clean under it (it looks like there will be an inch or so gap under the bed, so it'll gather dust but I won't be able to fit the vacuum in). Every bed I see online seems to have glides as standard though, so I'm wondering if there's a good reason not to get castors? I assume they'll lock into place when we're not wanting to move anything?

Glide’s need good push casters can move just by looking at the bed

I think it’s moved away from casters as more people now have hard floors and casters would be a nightmare you’d be chasing the bed round the room to get on it

Do you have carpet? Castors let the underside breathe because it's a bigger gap which is vital in damp areas

Yes I have carpet. The glides look lower to the ground than the castors actually.

Don't castors have little lock things though so they only move when you want them to?

Also, probably stupid questions but here we go. I also need a new mattress and the bedroom needs completely decorated including new carpet. Is it worth trying to time it all in somehow? I.e. to get the mattress (which is a different company) the same day as the new bed? And to get the new carpet maybe the day before the new bed? I don't know how carpet fitters manage all the furniture unless we dismantle it anyway? But it'll probably be a logistical challenge to get 3+ companies aligned!
