What's warmer? LVT or laminate?

I want to put the same type of flooring all the way through the downstairs of my house. We have concrete floors under the current flooring, and it's absolutely freezing in the winter- it feels like cold bathroom floor tiles. Carpets would probably be the warmest, but it's not really practical for us, and I can't run to the expense of a real wood floors. So what would you recommend for warmth, LVT or laminate? Are some types within the various brands warmer than others? TIA

We had LVT in our kitchen, on a concrete floor. With good underlay, it felt pretty warm underfoot.
