Have you looked at Loaf? They're not cheap, but usually have a boxing day sale.

In essence, you choose your furniture and then your material, so you can have two totally different styles of armchair but in the same fabric.

Otherwise as pp said, there are various companies where you could get different styles of armchair in the same fabric, but they wouldn’t be the same chair with and without arms.
