Sleuths needed! Who made / more info on this piece of art

We were gifted a piece of tin art, it's not very big (about 20cm wide x 15cm tall estimate) as a wedding gift over 20 years ago and we know nothing about it's origins.

I've only thought about it recently as I want to move it and it got me thinking I know nothing about it! I can't ask the person who gifted it as they are no longer with us.

Any eagle eyes / art critics / experts who can offer up any info? Photos attached

I like the Teletubby on the bed best. Which one is it? Dipsy or La La?

What a bizarre thing to give as a wedding gift, a cartoon representation of a child's bedroom.

I don't think it's bizarre if you know the person well and it's their era. Sorry tho I have no clue either.

I think Haitian (don't know why) or possibly African, recup art.
Really quite sweet.
Keep!
