Tall bookcases

I'm after some tall bookcases, preferably with some drawers or cupboards at the bottom. Space is 1.5m wide, 2.4m tall (want to be 2m tall).

Bar custom make via tylko or pickawood which are about £4k, anyone any suggestions?

Are you open to Ikea? I know some people aren't fans of the flat pack, but we have their Billy book case and happy with it. Comes in different heights and widths so you can mix and match to suit your space. The standard height can have an extender added to the top, I think that will bring it close to 2m. They have different options for doors too.

A lot of people on Instagram have boxed theirs in with trim/skirting to look built in. It might be an option to buy and assemble them relatively cheaply and get someone to finish them off?

Edited for spelling

Actually, this one is 2m, without adding to it

Hi everyone,

I also have a bookcase-related question.
We have a self-contained annexe attached to our house, and as a part of house renovation, we've just opened a new doorway to the annexe that we'd like to hide through a secret bookcase door that can hold books rather than a faux set of books.

I need help finding a carpenter in London who can do that and who will show us examples of similar jobs done in the past.

I also wonder if there are any off-the-shelf solutions available, that we can adopt for our door opening size.

I hope someone can point me in the right direction.

Thanks,
Sam X
