Hi all

We are (slowly) getting to the stage of redecorating our lounge and now the ceiling has been reskimmed I’m going to need to paint it 😂

We’re having F&B Stiffkey Blue on the walls & skirting but not sure what would look good on the ceiling. It feels really low now it’s darker so I don’t think I want to colour drench.

Any ideas/pics welcome :)

With F&B colours, my favourite white is Wevet. It would look nice and crisp, but not too stark, and create hight. If white is too boring, a warm pink like Brassica would look nice, or a strong Safron yellow ( also starts with B in the F&B pallette). Stiffky is a strong colour, so I'd pair it with an equally strong colour. I think it would look odd with a pastel/soft colour.

@NellyBarney I am vibing with Babouche omg how gorgeous! Think it might be too much for the ceiling though.

Wevet was one of the options I was looking at anyway, glad to hear you've used it and like it. It is supposedly one of the whites that pairs nicely with the Stiffkey.

The pinky of the wet plaster is already irritating me so I don't think pink is the way to go 😂^^
