we purchased a new mattress about a year ago and I still don’t like it. I don’t hate it but I wake up sometimes with a sore back or a sore arm and hip when I slept on my side. It’s a firm mattress but the salesman said they are more like medium these days, hmmm. I thought I would try a mattress topper to see if that helps rather than go to the expense of a new mattress. I do sleep ok but wake a lot during the night so hoping it will help with this too. I have three in mind - the silent night air max, the M&S comfortable cool and the M&S simply soft enhancer. My big worry is they will make me hot as I’m at the age when menopause is about to hit. Does anyone have one of these and would recommend it?
