Anyone bought a sofa from the Cotswold company

If you have - what do you think of it. I like their designs but don't know anyone who's had one.

I would never buy from them following abysmal customer service with a delivery. Sadly can’t comment on the quality as we didn’t receive the goods. This was a few years ago but they remain the only company to have made it onto my blacklist 😬

Oh dear, that doesn't sound good!

I have a few bits from them. Not a sofa though; a media unit, a side table and a pair of bedside tables. All a fair few years ago now though. No problems so didn’t need to contact customer service.
