We have a black metal Juliet balcony on our upstairs patio doors that is very rusty and in need of repair . Has anyone any experience of this ? Was thinking of getting the railings removed , sand blasted and re sprayed but not sure how easy the bolts are to remove / replace . Might be the same price just to replace with new railings but again worried about damage to the wall from removal as it's a rendered house . The railings really need completely rubbing back , is this something a professional decorator can do easily ? Thanks in advance
