Bathroom tile cover advice

I have weird sized tiles 19.5cm x 24.5cm
Can I cover them with the self adhesive tile covers? In any size???
There's an old fashioned border all the way round 🙄 and a pattern on random ones which feels raised/textured. Will this show through??

I'm not sure with regard to the tile stickers, but you could potentially cover with aqua panels if retiling is not an option?
