DUSK Furniture

Hello,
I have been looking for a love seat/ cuddler chair for ages (finally found one I loveeee) for when our baby arrives as a feeding/ reading chair in our nursery.

I am struggling to find honest reviews online for DUSK and I am hoping that I may find someone who's purchased one of their couches/ chairs/ sofas and either loves it or hates it to help make my purchasing decision a little easier...

I bought an Ottoman bed at the beginning of august -

• The delivery was on time and came with two men who brought it into the house
• I had to call DUSK about rearranging the time for the delivery and they were extremely helpful, answered the phone quickly and did as they said they were going to
• the bed was well packaged and in clearly marked boxes with instructions on the inside
• took me more time to get it up the stairs than it did for DH to build it (I have no patience 😂)
• fabric is good quality, it’s sturdy and looks really nice.

all in all I’m really pleased! Love the chair, I hope you had as good an experience as I did!

Not bought a chair, but a bed, and was really happy with it all.

I've bought beds from them. No issues with the beds themselves but lots of delivery issues with the second bed.

Unlike @Orangewall I found their customer service poor. I couldn't find a phone number, Dusk were really slow to respond to emails, and three times the bed was delivered to the wrong address.

Having said that, I have ordered 2 further items of furniture from them which are due next month. Supposedly ... :).

I have a sofa and footstool (the Hampshire)from them. They look very nice and are comfy. You can see they are not £££ (they have hollow fibre rather than higher quality feather wrapped foam or down cushions) but are much better than several other Internet suppliers I've bought from before (e.g. Made.com, Swoon), while being significantly cheaper. They were delivered into the room of my choice, up a small flight of stairs. Very happy with them and now thinking about getting a bed.

What is dusk telephone number please?

Dusk delivery appalling- mine was cancelled in the day of delivery- unable to contact by phone- no response to my emails asking for call back- absolute disgrace- do not recommend
