Our bathroom was fully fitted about 8 years ago and although the sink, bath, toilet and tiles themselves are all ok the taps, shower screen, tile grout, seals etc are all pretty grubby. What I would like is for someone to replace these, regrout and paint without having to replace the tiles whole bathroom IYSWIM. Would I need to have different trades to get this done? Interested to hear from anyone who has done similar and also a ballpark of cost. TIA

I think a generic "handy" person could do those tasks - none of them are particularly difficult. Things like renewing the sealant and regrouting tiles are things a lot of people would diy.
Depends on how big the room is (for regrouting tiles), but I can't imagine it would take more than a day for reasonably skilled in an average sized bathroom.
