after some advice new to decorating and looking on google is confusing me. We are decorating our box room. Ceiling is all done. Just not sure what to do next we are getting new skirting boards and new LVT flooring. Should I paint the walls next? i know people say to put the new skirting over the floor so you dont need beading but worried about painting skirting with new floor down. Any help? Thanks
