Framing companies or do it yourself?

Just wondering if anyone has any recs fir reasonable companies to use. Or do you do it yourself?

What do you want to frame? Original art or photos and prints?

You can buy frames and mounts if the picture is a standard size.

Shops like John Lewis and Desenio (online) sell frames.

There are often small local shops that will frame things. We have one near us where we had some frames updated on some original art.

What are you wanting to frame?

Just photos. I used the little frame company before but although gorgeous, I'm wondering if I can do it cheaper

I wouldn't dream of paying to have photos framed. There are loads available to buy for example from J Lewis and other stores. You can also buy frame 'libraries' where you get a set of 6 or more, different sizes, if you want to wall hang them.
