Why is the paint on my bench still sticky?

I painted a fake leather bench about a month ago as an upcycle project. I used Dixie Belle Paint and some Angelus paint for leather.
The paint however is still tacky to touch a month later. There doesn't seem to be any sign of it drying anytime soon either.
Anything I put on top of it sticks to it a bit, it's very annoying.
Any idea why this is happening and what I could do? Going to put this on the DIY chat as well.

Dust it with talcum powder, then wipe it all off. Some paint with acrylic base just always is tacky.
