Does anyone have one of these and tell me if you recommend?

Not actually for me and DH, but both our kids have got JL foam mattresses which was fine when they were smaller, but now they are getting bigger, need something a bit more substantial. 2 mattresses = twice the expense and I daren't stagger the swap for fear of favouritism!!

That said, if either kid is away or at a sleepover, sometimes me or DH use their beds for a rare uninterrupted nights sleep (we have no spare room) and their mattresses are not comfy at all.

I have started looking at the minefield that is mattresses and some of the reviews on JL are mixed for their mid range spring mattresses. Same with Ikea. Looking at loaf but they have no reviews online so here I am. They have a 100 day 'try it and return it no issues' type of scheme which seems good...

We have a super king mattress from Loaf and love it! It also has a thick feather topper from John Lewis for good measure. The first Loaf mattress we got was too firm so we sent it back after a week and swapped for the less firm one and it’s perfect. Been about 5 years now and my mattress is actually something I look forward to when I’m coming home from holidays!
