How to remove a Hilary's Roman blind

The chain has snapped but we cannot get it off to replace it.

They're only £4 on Amazon

It's driving my DP mad

Looked on YouTube, they're all saying push and pull down and it just comes off,but not happening.

1/ You can buy new connections if the chain snaps so you can fix it with no disruption.
2/ You can usually "feed" a new chain through the cassette if you are careful. hook one bead in then manually move the cog wheel to pull the chain through.

Yes I've seen those but I think I need a 'continuous loop' one and to get that on you need to take down the whole blind.

I watched the guy do it in another blind - but didn't really pay much attention how he got it down.

This looks very similar to the headrail on our roman blind, although it's not from Hilary's. Here's the bit of instruction that came with it, maybe it'll work for yours
