can I use normal emulsion to paint downstairs loo?

I am painting the downstairs loo. I was going to use dulux vinyl matt. Does that seem ok or would I be better using a special bathroom/kitchen paint? thanks for any help

Normal emulsion is fine for the downstairs toilet provided it is not also a shower room.

Well, yes you can. But I quickly regretted it because, apparently, all of my family are completely incapable of using the downstairs loo without splashing water and soap all over the place and it
marked quite quickly. Had it redone in bathroom paint and it’s so easy to wipe and keep looking good that I will stick with it in future tbh.
