I’m buying a sofa for the first time ever and struggling with indecision. I’ve settled on a velvet Joules Patterdale 4-seater in rose from DFS but still need to pick a 2-seater to go along with it.
I was planning to get the Patterdale 2-seater but I’m worried it’s too deep for the room (it’s 104cm). This sofa will split the room into a living area and dining area and I want to make sure there’s enough space behind and in front of it. It would fit but it’d be tight.
Can I get a completely different sofa that will coordinate well with the Patterdale but isn’t as deep? Would love any specific suggestions for what would look good, or any pointers on what type of sofa to look for. I’m clueless.
