Hall Landing Stairs lighting

The ceiling lights in the hall, landing and stairs are a complete missmatch of cheepo shades bought to cover bare bulbs when we moved in, a bare bulb as it's close to where a door opens and restricted height, and some ceiling mounted crystal drop lights.

The crystal drops are a bit blingy for our taste.
We are redecorating over the bank holiday weekend, so I'm after inspiration for what shades we could use with a fairly neutral set of walls, a stripy stair carpet and wooden downstairs floors.

I've had this tab open for a few weeks, but obviously aren't convinced as I've not bought 5 of them!

Ohh, I'd seen similar to those, but in grey. That one looks a better colour.

I'm assuming they all need to match? Maybe not. That would make life easier!
