Home office revamp - colour ideas

Office is fairly small at about 2m by 2m.
Both desks are beech wood tops with silver metal legs and two ikea white drawer units, that I’d like to keep. Both office chairs are black. Theres also a Doug Hyde picture of Spider-Man in a thick black frame I’d like to keep up. It’s a very light room with a fluorescent ceiling strip too.
Was thinking green painted walls? With some gold accents?
All walls green or pair with a cream? Any suggestions what goes well together please?
DH & DS12 will both be using it, DH during the day (he doesn’t care what it’s like) but I’d like to make it a bit better for DS12.

I think green looks great in a study and with wood.
Little Greene has some lovely colours.
I would go for all walls in green. If you wanted quite neutral you could look at Portland Stone, which comes in a slight variations, all are greeny based neutral, have used it in my house in several bright rooms and it works well,
