Wardrobe door - in a door frame.

I have a built in wardrobe where the doors are actual doors in a door frame. I want to swap them for mirrored, but all the ones I’ve seen attach with a kitchen cupboard type attachment.
Can I use these in a door frame ?

By "kitchen cupboard type" do you mean something like on the attached picture? If so, the plate that goes onto the doorframe (=kithen cabinet carcass) usually needs more space than a traditional butt hinge (I'm assuming that's what you currently have on your door). But if the existing frame is not thick enough, you can probaby attach some extra bits of wood to accomodate the hinge. Also, it's possible to get hinges that open further than 90 degrees, so the hinge plate can be fixed to the 'back' of the door frame, rather than the side - hope this makes sense. 🤓

Yes, that’s what I mean. Thank you for that.
