Next sofas

Anyone ever bought a sofa from Next? Are they decent quality?

I've seen one I really like the look of but I don't want it going all misshapen after 18 months.

I've had my next sofa since 2017 and it's decent compared to the sofology one I had before.
It's a leather one and the leather is still in excellent condition, no fading or wearing.
The back and arm cushions have kept their shape. Last year we noticed the seat cushions slope a bit where we always sit but not drastically. There's still a lot of life left in it after nearly 6 years.

I have a Next sofa in our kitchen/family room. We’ve had it for about 10 years and it still looks great and is the comfiest sofa ever. It’s a dark grey velvety fabric and it has been scrubbed with soapy water (dogs and kids), and hoovered so often over the years, and comes up brilliantly every time.

We had 2 Next sofas and I gave them to my nephew after 5 years. They’re now 10 years old and still really firm and in good nick.

We have one. 4 years and counting and looks new. Best sofa we've ever had.

I wouldn't get a Next sofa again but maybe I was just unlucky. It was a fabric one and really sagged after a couple of years . It was very obvious as the 2 seater wasn't used as much and kept its firmness well, but the 3 seater which was used more really lost its shape and became uncomfortable. They ended up in the dump when I came to change them.

We got 2 large sofas from Next last July. I still think they look brand new but then they are only 12 months old. We went for a navy chenille/velvet type of material

We've got a corner sofa from next that's at least five years' old and still going strong! That's with a dog, toddler and occasional use as a sofa bed by humans too.

Ours is 10 years and still going strong. If you are near to the midlands or deeside try Westbridge furniture - they make next and M&S sofas so is possible to buy end of line/seconds (our 2 sofas are very slightly different colours but they are far enough apart that you can’t tell)
